The service was except... read more Once again, Deep Lagoon did not disappoint. Our granddaughter and friend had a great time at one of their favorite restaurants in Naples. The service was exceptional, as always. The food was incredible, and even though I had to take my grouper home because I was too full to finish it, it made for an excellent lunch the next day.

We were seated near the bar... read more My wife and I have been dining at Deep Lagoon for the past two years, approximately 6 times. Last night, we went with some friends. We were seated near the bar on the street side at a small table for 4. Despite making a reservation through Open Table, we did not get a good table or booth. The noise from the bar and the college basketball games on the TV made it difficult to have a conversation or enjoy our meal. The service was slow and we never received the bread we asked for. The oysters were just okay, and my swordfish Napoleon was not good. I have had the same dish before and it was fresh and well-prepared, but this time it did not meet my expectations.

The food was good though and the atmosphere was also very nice.

We were on porch area which had several large parties that got a bit noisy but it was Friday evening so understandable and the porch and patio are still great spots to be. We will go again soon!

Friend oysters , fish, everything cold When I told them they gave me a free drink card for my next visit And didn't offer to even fix the plates and give us hot food Seated in a corner and literally had to stand up to find a server to help us. And still no one came over Such a waste of money. Very disappointing.

We reserved a Booth thru Open Table, but upon arrival were simply told all were full, hostess staff said reservation didn’t guarantee seating, so we could either take the available seating in sort of an outside room or stand there and wait for a booth, but they offered no time frame, didn’t apologize, and were indifferent to our frustration. Server Kelly was very good, Triple Tail excellent, Hogfish mediocre.

Ou... read more Almost a 30 minute delay to be seated for our 7pm rsvp. Everything after that was in slow motion. We were a party of 4 and it was almost a 3 hour experience. Our server was courteous and pleasant but for the cost we were not overly impressed. Food was good but not exceptional, overall experience was average. The side dishes were unimaginative and deserts plain Jane. This restaurant could step up their game, there is a lot of competition in this town.
