Osso Buco was tender and delicious. Vegetable Sformati were airy yet full of fresh vegetable flavor. Pear tart with the pears poached in red wine was not-too-sweet. Wine was recommended and complimented the food well. Service was attentive, overall it's like eating at the home of a friend who is a very good cook: intimate, fun and pleasurable.

Excellent food, I ordered the fish and my friend got the lasagna, both were the best I've ever tasted. Good wine that is not overpriced, and heavenly dessert. Service was cordial and the owner checked on us throughout the meal, making us feel special.

The low bill at the end of the meal. Great ambience, small, great music, great lasagna, great service. It is everything 5th Ave is not.

While it's a great spot for a special occasion, you don't need a reason to enjoy the amazing meals they serve. Your taste buds will be delighted with each course at Caffe Dell'Amore.
