Fire! up has a few really solid vegan options. I have the veggie (which comes with a vegan crust sauce) and the portabella (without the lemon aioli). both were tasty and I would return definitiw. the only bummer was that their chips parmesan have on them, so no vegan option. in any case worth an attempt if they are in the opposite, but not somewhere where I would go out of that. They do not have huge menus in total, but the Veg options they offer are great. including sauces! They have lunch specialties and they have this neat sign in the restaurant that tells them exactly where everything they serve (beer, meat, beer, etc). they are 100 local! great atmosphere and friendly staff.
They have needed several vegan options on menu without changes (also vegan sauces!). always enjoy my meal!
The restaurant offers a selection of vegan dishes and clearly labels them. The owner is wonderful.
The restaurant offers excellent vegetarian choices, while the chips and guacamole are very fresh, and the margaritas are unforgettable. Review updated on March 30, 2023.
