I don’t know if the restaurant was extremely short staffed or if something else had gone awry but we waited 30 min to get a bottle of wine, one of the girls at the table was continually bumped into by employees, several members of the staff were rude/unapologetic.

Unfortunately, we were disappoi... read more The fresh salmon and salads were delicious and cooked perfectly! The ambiance of the restaurant is charming, cozy, and inviting. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the service and poor management. We were surprised by the lack of organization and attentiveness, not only at our table but at others around us as well. It seemed like there was a lack of communication among the staff. For example, our server did not inform us of any specials, but the couple next to us were able to order from a special menu. When asked about it, our server mentioned that the chef did not inform her of any specials. There was also some confusion with the seating arrangement, as a table was removed and then brought back a few minutes later, causing a bit of disruption. The staff appeared to be unhappy and not in sync with each other, making the dining experience uncomfortable at times. Despite these issues, the food was excellent, but the management and employees could benefit from improvement.
