However, I was informed that it would take an extra 10 minutes. After waiting 43 minutes, I inquired about my order and received an eye roll and a dismissive attitude. The chicken was undercooked, and my order was missing three wings and most of the condiments. I won't be returning.

On... read more The KFC order was huge and everything was perfect except for the sauces. Since it was our first time ordering from KFC and we love sauces, I even paid extra. One of the meals was supposed to come with seven sauces, but I didn’t get any of the three-dollar sauces I paid for. What really bothers me is paying for something that never arrived.

We tried calling to resolve the issue, but the line was always busy. Paying extra and getting nothing in return.
