It was a Saturday night. Quite a few patrons there. No band, no karaoke, no dj. Teeny tiny little beer selection. The top shelf at the bar there is almost a jok... read more It was a Saturday night. Quite a few patrons there. No band, no karaoke, no dj. Teeny tiny little beer selection. The top shelf at the bar there is almost a joke. I am an aging DJ, and an old rocker. I still play unplugged shows and dj gigs. I see lots of bars. I drink money even when it's not free. I feel like a bar owner should be a conisour of liquor. The top shelf should be glorious. There should be bottles up there that stand out. Luckily, I was a quiet DD that night. Wife drank bud light. She also has a thing for craft grade mixed drinks, but those were nowhere in site. It was even a cash bar that night. This place does have potential though. You do sound parched.

The top shelf... read more It was a Saturday night when I visited the bar. The atmosphere was lacking with no band, karaoke, or DJ, and the beer selection was quite limited. The top shelf at the bar was almost laughable. As an experienced DJ and rocker who still performs unplugged shows and DJ gigs, I've visited many bars and appreciate good drinks, even if I have to pay for them. I believe a bar owner should be a true connoisseur of alcohol, and the top shelf should feature a beautiful display of bottles. Luckily, I was designated driver that night, while my wife enjoyed a Bud Light. She also has a taste for handcrafted mixed drinks, but sadly, none were available. Despite these shortcomings, the place has potential and could really come alive with the right improvements.
