Was User at MURPHYS Historic a mag?
Had Fish&chips, meatball app, tangerine wheat beer and the veggie Wellington. $72. Everything was good, not great thus 4 stars)...why? What would give that last star?..1. the coating too easily flaked off the fish. 2. The portobello mushroom in the veggie Wellington was overwhelming. Would be better if it was sliced thin or diced. Just unbelievable horrible stay bed was like sack of potatoes very uncomfortable, when asked to change room was given an opportunity to stay in a motel like room which I accepted didn't know a party was gonna migrate to outside my door at 12 midnight rough sleep View all feedback.

We stayed in the original historic part of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful private bathroom. The restaurant had delicious food and great service. The saloon was fun with great food and beverage choices. The bartenders were all professional and fun. The hotel is in the middle of main street and is walking distance to numerous wine tasting rooms and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!
Vegan options are abysmal and pathetic. Please wake up to the times. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
It's fantastic! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is lively and festive. Everything about Murphy's Historical Hotel makes it worth a visit. It's definitely one of our favorite places!
