It felt like the staff was overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with a moderate crowd. The condiment station was a bit of a mess and needed cleaning. I also had to ask for ketchup, and when the employee finally brought it, they just set a box of packets on the table and walked off.

The fries tasted like they had been cooked in bad oil. This is the worst zaxbys I have ever been to. The cashier was nice, but that’s the only positive thing going for this store.
