This is my favorite chicken spot in the world! The food is incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Plus, the fried mushrooms are back! Slow service and cold fries (as usual) I've actually never received hot fries from any Zaxby's, even if I request no salt. Also, the older gray haired man with glasses should not be customer facing! He is very rude to customers and makes the visit even more undesirable. View all feedback.

Grilled chicken sandwich and fries were terrible. The chicken was so chewy and rubbery that I couldn’t even eat it. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in bad oil. This is the worst zaxbys I have ever been to. The cashier was nice, but that’s the only positive thing going for this store.
If you are a person of color do not work for this place. They are very racist and discriminate against their workers. They don't hold their white employees accountable for their actions at all.
The staff was very nice however they failed to announce when me and my friend’s orders were ready. The food is top notch and the drink choices were on point. The food was also extremely hot and fresh. Very yummy. Some of the best food I have ever had at a Zaxby’s.
This restaurant provides great app deals and rewards. Even on busy Sunday afternoons, the service is quick. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive.

I ordered a Cobb Salad and found the chicken to be cold. As for the service, it was for takeout. For dinner, I spent around $10–20. In terms of the food, I’d rate it a 3, but the atmosphere was a solid 5. I would recommend the salads, the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich Meal, and the boneless options.

This fast food restaurant was once well-managed, with cashiers who were attentive and efficient. However, over the past few months, it has become chaotic and disorganized. I find missing items in my order every time, and the cashier often has to ask me what I ordered when I reach the window. The staff, a group of young girls and boys, seem more focused on laughing and joking around than on their tasks, even with a line of 20 cars waiting. It feels like this place has turned into a hangout for the teenage employees rather than a professional establishment dedicated to serving customers. The owner or manager really needs to reassess the situation.
Drive through clerk was very friendly and efficient. She knew the menu well and made suggestions which was unusual. The pickup window clerk was also very friendly and offered our dog a treat. They handled a large order for 17 people perfectly and everything tasted fantastic. I'm really grateful for the kindness of the staff at this Zaxby's, and I will definitely be back soon! A special shoutout to Trevor, Joeann, and Lavonda!
Great food at reasonable prices. It's a refreshing alternative to typical fast food. However, I was a bit let down by the service. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with a moderate crowd. The condiment station was a bit of a mess and needed cleaning. I also had to ask for ketchup, and when the employee finally brought it, they just set a box of packets on the table and walked off.
The chicken was hot and fresh and the sweet tea was good. Fries were also hot and fresh, although a few frits a little less cooked than I would like, so recommend the demand for frits boiled longer or cooked crispy if you prefer them crispy instead of firmer. From 12/27/2021 the dining room is still closed so that its drive is only thru.
