Preparing just o... read more While I appreciate that the staff is putting in effort, it's frustrating to receive meatballs that are still frozen instead of being kept warm. Preparing just one sandwich took twice as long as it should have. It feels like there might be a lack of training here. Management could certainly improve the process. The young employees making the sandwiches seemed inexperienced, which contributed to the delay.

My only complaint was that Subway used to finely chop their salads into a bowl, but they do not d... read more Customer service was great. I got a salad, and it tasted good. My only complaint was that Subway used to finely chop their salads into a bowl, but they do not do that any more. As a result, it is a step down in previous quality. They also do not have gluten free buns.

Not sure why the reviews are kind of low.
