What Emmanuel Zulauf likes about Healthy Shabu-Shabu:
I love this franchise. the special sauce and satê really go well with my usual order of tofu and Baguio/Taiwan pechay (not a carnivore). the personal is friendly and fast to my needs when I visit. if I were the floor manager, I would be a bit more mindful of the occasional creepy raups on the floor and sometimes, table. We had the seafood set and the sirloin/fish set. Very disappointed that with the exception of the vegetables and the possible exception of the mussels, all the food were frozen. The fish, especially the salmons were chopped in chunks (as opposed to sliced) were so frozen and were tasteless. Only the prawns were quite tasty. The scallops were so,so.
