Price is fair enoug... read more Yabu serves good food and gives a good experience to your dining. Servers are attentive to your needs (refills of everything comes swiftly). Price is fair enough for everything that you get. BUT. Recently, (June 5, 2023 approximately 17:00), the staff in front, Ms. Kim, decided to let someone cut in line, right infront of us. When asked why she did it, she said una kasi siyang nag salita (he talked first). Abit disappointing. I even pointed it out that we were inline, waiting for the person he was talking to to finish. Hope those gets the attention of the management. Yes we decided not to dine at yabu that day and that might not be a great loss for Yabu, but still, id like to share the experience. Surely we will be back next time, hoping that she wouldn 't be infront again with the same mood.

Although very similar, it was actu... read more Yabu is located inside the mall. We came by for dinner and it wasn't too busy. The menu has a range of different katsu items. Although very similar, it was actually kinda hard just picking one since everything did look nice. I ended up with a Rosu Katsu set and had a korokke tamago, chicken katsu and menchi on the side. The korokke tamago was interesting, egg wrapped with mashed potato and then deep fried. The other katsu were juicy and crispy so it was a treat to eat. They also had sauce on the table which you can add to sesame seeds. The set had all you can eat rice, miso, and salad. I also tried the agedashi tofu and that was also a nice crispy treat. It is a great place for tasty fried Japanese food.

I ordered their all time fave which is the Rosu and it didn’t fail me. Their food can be shareable for those people like me who are not used to eating big servings. I love how the sides are unlimited too! Definitely worth the price for me. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
