I visited the Vorstadt Cafe on a sunday for breakfast .At the end I am surprised how such person who apparantly does not belong to any professional human contac... read more I visited the Vorstadt Cafe on a sunday for breakfast .At the end I am surprised how such person who apparantly does not belong to any professional human contact were right in the focus area. After a long waiting time I ordered the veggie breakfast (€14.90 ) and a cappucino. The cappucino came right after.I understand they were busy, but the breakfast arrived a good long time later,maybe almost half an hour .Bread,another 5 minutes after I reminded twice.Not a great deal for a sunday but my coffee was inbetween cold , if I'd enjoy the breakfast it matters a lot of course. Now the Hammer: With my understanding they were busy, I kindly requested to have (so liittle it 'd take) some hot milk on the sipped coffee to warm it alittle bit.The waitress rightaway told me that actually it should be accepted as normal in that cafe...She passed it to the bearded pony tailed man in the bar area.His first reaction was speaking unnecessarily loud and long over my coffee...What is the problem...bla bla. Then came my coffeee extremely hot, microwaved )!(,1 cm3 milk ist zu teuer)and of course the coffee quality was gone.(appettit already gone before)There is a reason coffee is not overheated if any decent coffee is needed, oder?With my best i intentions I tried to savour it,but nope...Taste was gone.I passed it back to that person."Was wollen Sie denn!" He told me off loudly "So,what do you want !"My symphatising was unnecessary from the beginning,I understand. With this price level especially, much more guest relations I Q ed people are needed.
