He and his brew friend Gerald von Handkatzn Bräu gave us a nice and warm welcome, Surdham had prepared some really good snacks (also fully homemade Brezels! and then we learned how to make our own beer in two different ways (and had the great opportunity to make some of the creative beers day before! It offers different classes that I can only recommend you to join one!

Surdham is involves v... read more We had first a vegan cake course and were very positively surprised so I signed up for another vegan cooking class for a four course menu. Surdham is involves very friendly and actively everyone to the respective course. We can only recommend it and already signed up for the next one: vegan freestyle course. Tip: try his very tasty homemade beer.
