Surdham's all vegan kitchen is located inside an industrial building he's hosting cooking classes, dinners etc. there. I went for a one day beer brewing course and it was fantastic! He and his brewing buddy Gerald of Handkatzn Bräu gave us a lovely and warm welcome, Surdham had prepared some really good snacks (even fully selfmade Brezels! and then we learned how to make our own beer in two different ways (and had the great opportunity to taste some of the creative beers day had made before! . He's offering different classes I can only recommend you to join one!

We had first a vegan cake course and were very positively surprised so I signed up for another vegan cooking class for a four course menu. Surdham is involves very friendly and actively everyone to the respective course. We can only recommend it and already signed up for the next one: vegan freestyle course. Tip: try his very tasty homemade beer.
