Eataly - Munich

Excluded from service, ordered forever, false food delivered, the appetizers were overpriced and no one told us that the kitchen is closed so that we missed dolci. the pizza was super delicious, but overall it was an annoying experience

The restaurant is a good option for all occasions. pleasant atmosphere, very nice staff, very tasteful eating good prices!

Eating was very good, but overpriced and the experience was quite disappointing. there was a line in which we fortunately realized that we could deal with our reservation. we sat and waited for 20 minutes to order everything, even drinks. as the staff was overwhelmed, we ordered apertifs and eat at once and then did not offer the opportunity to order another drink for the remaining two hours there. at the end, we were essentially asked to leave for a glass of wine, dessert or something else as they were closed. so again eating was good, but there are many other Italian restaurants in a few with as good as eating, but much better prices and service.

We get a lot of eataly. authentic Italian food of quality. The only thing is that the spritz aperol we asked could not even drink of how strong it was!

After booking weeks in advance we got a table far away from the restaurant and terrace..basically in the street! Not exactly the ambience I had in mind. The waiter, a German guy, was rude, pushy and uncompromising. The service was way to fast and we had to order everything when we sat down: stressful. The waiter also sent us away even if we did not finish our bottle of wine because he had to “clean the table”. Orribile experience in an otherwise nice location that usually provides good service.
