We really enjoyed our evening here. I know people usually bash having menus with photos, but I think it could have been helpful for choosing which kind of beef. I think I may have chosen differently, but the beef I had was still really nice! Service was friendly and attentive. I think the price was reasonable. I did think it was a bit stressful sometimes to have to cook the meat yourself (my sister who eats K-bbq regularly in New York says there is an assigned chef who cooks for you), but I can understand how the interaction can be fun for most. The only “compensation” wa... read more Very disappointing experience. A staff member knocked over our wine, and neither the server nor the manager offered a proper apology. The only “compensation” was removing the cost of water, which is completely inadequate. The attitude was cold and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
