Somehow you could taste the not entirely fresh fat on the fries. The service works. You don't feel like you've arrived, it's kind of like an anonymous canteen where the charisma is completely missing.

A burger was completely forgotten, which is annoying in itself. However, the way the problem was handled was even worse: I tried to contact the branch several times, but no one picked up. It was absolutely pointless. A call to headquarters didn't get any help I was told they weren't responsible. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority here. It's a shame, I expected a lot more.

Or the burgers were lying around for a while and no one bothered to put them in a bag. It's a shame, because the plant-based burgers are actually very tasty.
