If I'... read more I have the house cooking bowl that tasted good, but in my opinion it wasn't special. In addition, the service was not the best and not the most attentive. If I'm close, I think it would still be a valid option (especially the noon prices are fine), but not my favorite choice.

The waiters constantly kicking the door to the kitchen combined with the superloud music on top of the shouting mob of guests no thanks.

I had the Chic... read more Very nice restaurant to try authentic Indian food right in the city center. I went there on a Monday evening, so the place was not super crowded. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and it was a great choice. The chicken was tender and the seasoning superb, with a wonderful spicy touch. Additionally, they serve this dish with side potatoes, which were absolutely tasty due to the herbs. The freshly baked garlic Naan bread was very good—I even had to order a second one! The staff was friendly and the food came rather quickly. Prices are what you can generally expect in Munich

Reading other reviews on here, the re... read more Have walked by this place every time I visit Munich… Made a reservation for a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised. Reading other reviews on here, the restaurant is quite busy so reservations are essential on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings. Servers are very friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. I spoke to a friend of mine, whose Indian and he said that it’s authentic. OneNote for non-German speakers, the menu is in German. We had the lamb Tika, the lamb biryani, and the cheese naan. I would definitely return.
