I love this place have been may times started during lockdown as we brought the dogs at sat outside In the garden area. Everything is great parking might be a challenge at peak times but never for us
It feels a bit like a little sister of Avoca ; The same vibe, but still quite a long way to go to reach the same level. Overall it's pretty good, nice pastries, and tasty coffee. The shop part is very pretty, you can find a lot of interesting pieces there.
Myself and my friend visited Red Earth for breakfast. Both of us had the Hangover Hash (even though we were not hungover!! , tea and coffee......€37 approx.....I got a shock to say the least.....thats a ridiculous price for 2 breakfasts! The chorizo was chopped so small we could hardly see it! We were there a few hours and my friend bought two desserts and 2 x coffees.....desserts came on the plate....no accompaniment like cream or ice cream. restaurant itself is very comfortable and beautiful decor but tbh I travelled from Galway and my friend from Dublin and overall we were disappointed. Far too expensive for a town in the Midlands.....I dont even pay that price for similar in Galway city! Pity cos I would go back otherwise cos staff nice and rest of the store has gorgeous merchandise
Great meeting point outside the town of Mullingar in one of the industry Este tullamore side
We had an irish breakfast here on Valentines Day. I like the place elegant and peaceful. It's not over decorative with unnecessary decoration. Music is not too loud, toilet is clean and parking is free. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is the same as other restaurant serves, I just find it expensive.
