Con Bar in Mullingar offers okay food with good service and a nice, lively vibe in the bar. Staff are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, I found the portions to be on the small side for the price—still worth a visit for drinks and casual meet ups. Cash Card accepted

Lunch hours, Cons is brilliant and reasonably priced. For dinner it can start out well but then service disappears. We had to get out of our seats to ask the bar man for desserts and coffee. For drinks the bar staff at night can be outright rude. There's absolutely no consistency to the place

I love cons bar friendly helpful staff. Service is excellent, very good price food wise and alcohol is normal pub prices. Con's can provide a number of seating areas and numbers but must be pre booked to ensure your area is reserved.
