Then, they tried to... read more I was quite disappointed with the service at Pollo Bueno. We ordered a quesadilla, but it was accidentally given to another customer first. Then, they tried to give it to us after someone else had already touched it, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I raised my concern, the girl at the counter said, "They didn’t touch it." Regardless, that’s not the point—I simply don’t want to be served food that has been handled by someone else.

I ordered a regular burrito plate, and got a steak ques... read more Food was good, but the TV across the room was so loud the guy behind the counter couldn't hear my order. I ordered a regular burrito plate, and got a steak quesadilla. When I tried to explain to him that was not what I ordered, he kept offering me aside of rice to correct his error. There was no offer to get me what I asked for; he just kept offering a side of rice.
