Description
KFC's latest offerings present a mixed bag of experiences for patrons, highlighting notable discrepancies in service and food quality. While some diners praise the hot wings and fresh meals, others report unfortunate encounters with dry, burnt dishes and unwelcoming staff at the drive-thru. Several visitors expressed dissatisfaction with the overcooked chicken and lack of managerial attention to complaints. The restaurant is extremely dirty! The restroom is absolutely revolting! The food is stale and cold! I am demanding a refund and leaving immediately!
First time I've ever stopped at KFC in MP. Absolutely delicious and hot. I tried the new mash potatoe bowl and a biscuit. Customer service was great also. Thank you for the kindness and a delicious lunch under 10 dollars!! Neither are around much anymore ?
Soda machines not working properly. Floor is dirty. Some loud Muzak blaring. Food took forever to get out.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for a while now, and I must say that their quality has greatly improved recently. The chicken is moist and flavorful, the sides are consistently delicious, and the fountain drinks are always refreshing. The staff provides excellent customer service and they are fairly young. My only issue is that the dining room fixtures could use some updating. However, overall, this location is a definite must-visit for KFC lovers!
I ordered a special online and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I got home, the food was so overcooked and burnt that I couldn't even tell what meat it was. The next day, I went back to the restaurant and asked about the dark and greasy chicken. The manager was too busy talking to the cashier to address my concerns. It had been three years since my last visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last after a roach crawled out from my table.
