What Jack R doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Ordered online for pickup multiple times. Food is never ready even 20 mins after showing up past my pick up time.. Last time I ordered and the food wasn’t ready they said someone came in and took my order. Had to wait 30 min for them to check the security tapes in order to get my food. If I need a quick meal option on the go Chipotle is my first choice. I like the fresh ingredients and build your own concept. This location seems to have the ordering process and check out amiss. There is usually one person who has a clue and the rest do not. Eventually it works out, but it 's never seamless. Trash. been over an hour and still havent even started on my order. This place is not busy at all these workers are a joke.
Service is so bad. Probably never going to a chipotle again such a waste of money and time.
Paying full price and consistently getting at most half of what a regular portion at any other chipotle would be is not ok. Not worth whatsoever.
The food was delicious but the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. It makes me wonder about the kitchen….
