Kisco River Eatery - Mount Kisco

Came for lunch with my dear friend today, and I must say I was impressed. I think KRE is a great addition to Mt Kisco. The surroundings were cozy and welcoming, not pretentious. Being in the customer service itself was the service on point, care and attention. The server (sorry that I forgot her name was conscientious that today Ash was Wednesday, and a recommendation to my friend if she wanted to replace the chicken in her salad for shrimp instead. Impressive... Now the lunch menu selection has a wide selection of choices. I was thinking about what I would do in my next visits... I ordered her Classic Meatballs for an appetizer. Put your hands down, one of the best I've ever tried! Sauce was fragrant and tasted very fresh. The meatball itself was solid outside and melted in the mouth. It was great. I'll give this place 5 stars... make reservations for the dinner service. I observed that the manager reservations about the phone all the time for this weekend.... I'm happy to eat here again!

The environment was phenomenal, I loved the mix between the rustic and modern decor. I got the hangar steak that was cooked for perfection, the potatoes were probably the best I ever had when I was out to eat. The ONE thing I would recommend is to put a bigger sign outside, took us a few minutes to find out where the main entrance was... but I, personally, was blown away when I went in. In any case, here will come and recommend it to friends / family. No complaint! Take Mt Kisco a nice meal.

Food was great and atmosphere was very nice. Would go back.
