Contribute Feedback What James Black doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This is what happens when you have teenagers trying to run a restaurant. 60% of the time we are missing items from our takeout order. Food was ice cold when we picked it up, despite specifying a pickup time (which we were 5 minutes early for). Tried to get a refund for a missing item, but instead was only offered a coupon that I have to redeem in 30 days. Horrendous. View all feedback.
Was so excited when they added this Chipotle to shopping center. Unfortunately, it is hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been in. Staff is poorly trained and have zero customer service. They are ALWAYS out of items and it looks like they very rarely clean the prep area. The employees are shockingly unprofessional. I understand that most of them are teenagers and young adults, but it is almost comical how poorly this place is run. Thank goodness Tipsy Taco opened a few miles away because I really hated wasting money at this place.
$20 total for a quesadilla that is less than half size of any quesadilla i have ever eaten. Ridiculously overpriced for the amount of food you receive.
This place has gone downhill to an unacceptable level. I spent $30 on my order today and asked and paid for double meat. What do they give me? Barely any at all, not even enough to be considered a normal serving. This isn't the first time! It's just the first time it's been so bad that I bothered to drive back. This is not the least expensive place to have a quick lunch, I paid a slightly higher premium I should receive what I paid for. I don't have time to come back! Please give me what I paid for. What I was given today should be an embarrassment. If it happens to me almost every time I order then other people are being robbed of their money as well.
This restaurant seems to be jinxed. I can't help but wonder if it's built on a Native American burial ground or something similar. We rarely have a normal experience. From extremely delayed online orders to unavailable menu items, a down network, broken plumbing, locked front doors at 3 PM for no reason, insufficient staff, and occasional unexplainable online pickup issues, there's always something going wrong. That being said, the staff has consistently been friendly throughout our visits.
In a previous post, I expressed how this restaurant should simply close its doors. It's the second time this week that they've shut down at an unreasonable hour. Their sign indicates that they close at 7:15 PM, but the front doors were locked by 6:48 PM. How can a business operate like this? Out of my last five visits to grab a bowl for dinner, four have ended in disappointment with the doors locked. I honestly recommend finding another location because this one is just terrible. This place is really disappointing. Chipotle should pay their employees better so that when customers arrive, they don’t have to face a sign on the door saying, “Sorry! Due to staffing issues, the front line will remain closed for the rest of the day,” at 7 PM on a Tuesday night. I’m heading to Tipsy Taco instead!
