between the English menu and the Chinese menu, this place has a ridiculous number of choices. they serve everything they can think. many dishes are authentic or at least closer to authentic than 95% of other Chinese restaurants in the Usa. very fast. political, casual staff. long hours open. always lots of parking space, as they share the same thing with a bar. What User doesn't like about Iron Wok:
red flags from the beginning. no background music so the ambiente wasn't there. the service was fast because there were only 3 other people there. the tempura chicken was dipped like small chicken bugges in corn-dog battery with this slim white sauce. fried reis was in the ground white rice with some carrots in it. and in order to complete it, all lucky cookies were not able to. panda express would have been better.... The outside needs a remodel. Inside you feel cultivated. And the food was really pretty good. Very low waiting time for a restaurant. I have #10 almond chicken sweet and sour chicken Chow mien with stir fried rice for about 11$.
We've been here for about two years and it's still the best Chinese food I've ever had. Chow my and potstickers are wonderful. Prices directly reflect the amount of food you receive (which is enough to have many remains). The service is always wonderful and the food comes quickly. That's a great place. Very recommended!
I've been here a couple times now with my family, and I must say that it's a big improvement over the prior establishment that was at this location. The best, most authentic dishes in my opinion are on the chef's (Chinese) menu, so be sure to ask for it, as they will only give you the Americanized menu otherwise. The Chinese menu has lots of things that you won't find in most typical Chinese restaurants in the US. If you are squeemish, stick to the plain menu, if not ask for the other one and be sure to talk over options on it with your server, and be a little bit adventuresome. Best idea is to go with friends or family and order a variety of dishes to share family style. My whole family loves this place. The exterior leaves something to be desired (my wife didn't even want to try it initially because of this), and the interior is fairly plain, but once the food arrives you'll likely forget all that and wonder why you didn't try it sooner.

My favourite dinner In Iron Wok is steam full fish, Roast duck and Mongolian beef. I can guarantee that her roast duck is the best in the area of Pullman and Moscow, WA.
