One World has always been a great spot for drinks, but they have recently added some vegan menu options! The chickpea salad sandwich is amazing. It's even better than the ones I make at home! The vegan pancake is delicious and comforting. They are always accommodating and friendly towards vegan diners, with clearly marked menu options. View all feedback.
What Ivy W doesn't like about One World Cafe:
the gluten free scone can be improved. Ive had much more delicious (and actually celiac friendly) scones from elsewhere, even through store bought mixes. the London fog was bitter, possibly cuz they use large tea bags and I only got an 8oz, but it also seemed to lack vanilla syrup. Super friendly, I'm really clumsy and left my tea on the way out of the door and went to ask a towel to clean it up and they said not to worry about it and even made me a new drink. That was really nice to remember, it was my fault I have butterflies! I really enjoyed my handpis, too. It was a delicious meal on a cold rainy day.
I've come to this place since I first moved to Moscow! The environment is incredible, and the workers are fantastic. The owners seem to be very involved, most companies are not happy to have. It's nice to see them all as a team! I noticed that people think of this place as a restaurant and therefore feel that the Baristas should be their servers. Like any other coffee shop you order, call your name and take your drink. I could see where some confusion could arise as they give you table numbers to supply your food from their kitchen. Although, if it's not super busy, the Baristas are incredibly ready to bring your drinks right to you, what is something you don't usually experience in other coffee shops. Overall, this place is fantastic. REMBER that people working in the food industry are also humans and not just robots.
I have been here for years, for the delicious locally roasted coffee, excellent atmosphere and friendly owners and employees! We're so lucky.
I am a regular at One World and I love the place. The service is great. As personal and friendly as you want it to be, but not intrusive. The coffee is made with care and is very good. (By the way, just tell them if something doesn't taste right; they'll fix it. A great place to sit and sip and read or work. Highly recommended. 2022 update: Now they've added a brunch menu on Weekends, and they NAILED it. I tried their benedict for the first time this morning and it was as good as any version of this dish I've had and I've had this dish in restaurants around the world. The egg was perfectly poached. The English muffin was crispy and flavorful. The ham locally sourced was tender and flavorful. AND they make a great hollandaise. Perfection. Everything I've always loved about this place great coffee, tasty pastries, and (most importantly great people is still here. Now they've made it even better with a well executed weekend brunch. Try it. You won't be disappointed.
{mask required/temp. made available at doorway if needing one. A great little coffee shop to go to that is local vs corporation such as Starbucks. Plenty accessibility if disabled to go in and have coffee or snacks. I didn't notice any booster seats or highchairs but might be some out of site if asked for one. Plenty of casual seating otherwise. Small cafe tables and chairs as well as some plush seating. Fairly quiet but had a small stage that they maybe host events sometimes. Would be a great spot to work or study. I believe they had wifi but not positive. Minimal street parking downtown so it is best to plan on a little extra time if driving to get parked and walk to the cafe if it is a busier time of day. They close currently at seven P. M. If you require certain allergen info call ahead for verification. They had gluten free options. *No coconut milk substitution available* Coffee, tea, coco, bottled juice/water, Italian sodas etc. And some baked goods that were fresh. We had a muffin and a scone.
