Gambino's - Moscow

I really wanted to give this place four stars because the food tasted good and looked amazing, but had to drop a star for other reasons. We went for an early dinner and the dining room was completely empty except for us. My receipt says our server was Cammie and she did an excellent job start to finish, no complainants there. We had the Fried Mozzarella, Garlic Twists, a Calzone, and a Chicago Pot Pie. For drinks we tried the Blood Orange Martini, which was delicious, and an Old Fashioned which we didn 't like at all, it was too bitter to even drink, not sure what happened there. We pushed it off to the side and got a tap Beer. All the plates our food was served on, and all the glasses we had, were chipped in various spots. I know it sometimes happens, but it wasn 't just one chip, there were dozens. Odd thing to note, their Wine/Cocktail menu doesn 't have any listed prices. A lifetime in the restaurant industry and I 've never come across that before. As a reference, the Cocktails we had were billed at $9.50 each, and the Beer, a Hefeweizen, was $2.50. But the main reason I dropped that extra star was because of how they handled the check. Even with those problems, we had a decent meal, and great service. Our bill total was $86.66 (including tax) which I put on a debit card. I wrote CASH on the tip line, put the total at $86.66, then left a $20 bill for our server. Two days later when my debit card total came through, there was a note that they had updated my original total from $86.66 to $92.85... so after leaving a $20 cash tip, they still added on an additional tip. That was a huge disappointment and a reason to not go back in my opinion.

Gambinos has performed a 10-/5-star treatment today! you were eating delicious and fast. the server were wonderful and made me an amazing margarita. Moreover, with a mini snack for my small child while waiting for my food, was the extra and top service I did not experience in other restaurants. you really delivered me after a hard week and made my day.

Large menu to enjoy from the whole family and then some

We had great hopes on this place as he had 4 stars, but we were for a catastrophe! we have celebrated my brothers on 21st birthday as a family last Friday in gambinos and it was a terrible experience! the drinks were in order, but not great, we ordered 2 exactly the same drinks, but each of them tastes the same; our food was a disappointment. it seemed like eating frozen food, there can be no waiting frozen eating in order, but that was terrible! no taste, cold, watery spaghetti noodles. I ordered the brush chicken and it was so rough I couldn't eat it; when the server came to bring out our jack, she said how that was eating I said it was not good and she didn't say to take care of him and would take it off from our jack - I just picked up at the boom, but everything was still on the teller and she always accused us of it! we had a small child with us and our server asked if they could give their goldfish crackers that we said yes, they never came, we ordered coffee, coffee lasted so long until they arrived that it seemed like water down coffee, no creamer was ever brought out. the server never came to offer a refill on the water and when she came to ask drinks, she would always forget what we ordered and should come back to ask. my sister ordered an appetit but wanted to eat it as dinner, but it still came out first and all the others had to wait an additional 10 minutes to eat it. there were two girls in the corner folding utensils and it seemed that they were not too much on the support from the server- which is a bummer! the chairs and tables were also sticky as if they were not properly clean. we will never go there again!

So disappointed in our food we got yesterday my bread for our sandwich’s was so dry our chicken was so well done it was almost black I had no ranch on my sandwich let’s just say I was choking on it as I ate it I had to ask for more ranch then got charged for the ranch that should have been on my sandwich I really hope you guys make it right so sad I’m leaving Very disappointed we both our I’m just hoping the pizza we had made to go taste ok tonight 68.00 down the hole
