Taco Bell - Moscow

The most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any restaurant I've encountered I spoke with the manager over phone after me and my friend road over with longboards to the drive through she told us we couldn't go through the drive through without a motor vehicle which is understandable... I asked if we could go to the door and get it she said no and started saying the same policies she was babbling before but I've been a manager of a restaurant in moscow for 3 years the name I will not disclose and I've never denied sales before because the customer is always right it's seemed like she didn't want her job it was unbelievable for her to speak the way she did making passive aggressive comments to me and my friend it seems like she really didn't care about her job the way she spoke to us... I really don't understand

I had the worst dining experience ever at this restaurant. I ordered two #2 meals, which consisted of soft chicken tacos. Unfortunately, the chicken was cold in the middle and inedible, and the tortillas weren't even warmed up. It was really disappointing. When I asked for a refund, not only did they refuse, but the manager also came out and yelled at me. She claimed she had cooked the food herself and that it had been over five minutes since I returned it. She was very argumentative and didn't offer to make it right. Instead, she insisted it was a completed transaction since I had already paid for the food, so I should just accept it. Rather than resolving the issue with the cold food, the young manager became confrontational and even called the police on me. The food was terrible, but the service was even worse. It feels like they think they can serve anything and justify it as a ‘transaction’ just because they got the order right—even if it’s cold and undercooked. You might take your chances here; you could end up with hot tacos, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Written 04/22/2021.

You still can't dine in, but at least you can place your order at the counter. The service was quick and courteous.

We arrived at 2 in the morning and received the best service I’ve ever experienced! The person at the window was incredibly nice and amazing to us!

The cashier informed me they had no change so they would have to round my purchase up to $11.00 dollats due to the national coin shortage. I haven't run across a single other vendor in Moscow ID refusing to give change.I suggested that they go to the bank and get some. Respose banks are out of change due to the coin shortage. I haven't had any problem getting change at either US Bank or P1FCU. if they can't provide change why do they get to round up the transaction. I bet if they had yo round down, they'd figure out a way to make change. The cashier was even ruder when I pulled up to the window with a whole handfull of change and asked her to count it to make sure it was right. I am going to the bank and my piggy bank the next time I go to your restaurant and pay the $10.59 in pennies, nickles and dimes. And ask that the cashier count it.
