The man who delivered my food was so kind and gentle. If I was forced to complain, it would be about their appetizers. Not great, but it could've just been my preference. If you have that craving for oriental cuisine that won't break your wallet, Lulu's is a good place to eat!

Thinking th... read more After two recent orders, we ordered Chicken Lo Mein and another chicken dish. Brought it home and the first item was chicken with spaghetti noodles. Thinking that an error, we called the restaurant and after short conversation with the attendant who answered, she put the cook on the phone. I explained that we often eat Chinese food a restaurants in various cities, know quality well and there was some major mistake in the order. Lengthy back and forth and the cook insisted that all Chinese restaurants use spaghetti noodles in this preparation. What a putz! I countered that I have never had that experience...was not going to eat the improperly prepared meal and to please deduct that item from our credit card charge. Nope, didn't happen. This is a serious disappointment with Lulu's Kitchen and the attitude of the cook lost a customer.

First of all, this place is a rip off of Lulu 's in Santa Fe, it has nothing to do with the original Lulu 's . Second of all, the food is absolutely horrendous. Bland, overcooked lo mein, I am shocked how this place has 4 stars. You can copy the original Lulu 's all you want, but the food speaks for itself. Don 't give this rip off of a business your money.
