Back in Morges, we went for dinner and had the filets de perche, the fish from Lake Geneva. Excellent as always, little to say about this. The wine we ordered it was a very hot day was a little too warm initially, and so was the water. Really needed quite a bit of ice to be drinkable. But it was over 30°C at 21h...

The setting outside was stunning, the food was delicious. The staff were unbelievably attentive and our evening was made by a sensational bottle of wine.
