ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place and the staff. Everyone always has a smile on their faces and always friendly. Food is ALWAYS VERY DELICIOUS!! GREAT place to go for a lil family dinner
Stopped in late and the food impressed us. Bourbon Chicken super delicious. Seasoned well. Comes with Shrimp (I have those to husband) Food was Super Hot. We also had the Fiesta Lime Chicken with rice. Completely different from the Bourbon Chicken but good In its own right. Lots of line flavor for sure. Chips and spinach dip (Great) Service was great. Atmosphere was relaxed. Based off this experience, we will be back.

I’ve dined here many evenings and have consistently experienced the same service issues. Occasionally, it's worth it when I'm craving a good 2 for $20 deal, but most of the time, it's simply not worth the wait.
Good Food and Service. After reading some of the reviews I started to go someplace else tonight. I did go to Applebees in Moore and was real surprised to find a packed place. The food and service could not have been better. I had shrimp, side salad and we shared chips and queso. All of our food was very good and the service was great. When we left the place, a number of people were waiting for a table. I will go there again.

I understand we came in 30 minutes before closing, but should have cared about customers more. Food was decent, but not what they advertise. Servers didn't smile once.
Applebees is one of the few places that are open late on a week evening for dinner. We had the Oriental Salat with Fried Chicken and the Three Cheese Pasta with Fried Chicken. The chicken was definitely over fried and very hard to chew. My husband had to try to take the bread to chew the chicken because it was such a hard crust. The spinach was good and hot.
Giving one star because the bartender, she was amazing! But our server was so so rude her name was ana. She had an attitude from hell! Surprised she?s still there never again!
Service was very slow and although not busy the waiters did not seem to really care and take their time. Even every single waitress it seemed very unprofessional especially ours. She would always lean on our table with her arms to see how we were only rough. She never even gave us a refill on our drinks. New professional waiting staff highly recommended.
The service was terrible!! We ordered the 2 for $29 steak dinners. We paid extra for salads and had to ask her 3 times in a 20 minute span for our salads. Our appetizer of spinich artichoke dip came before our salads. We asked 3 different staff members for pepper and still had to go to the bar to get some because no one helped is. The steaks were amazing but the garlic potatoes were bland. We won't be going back anytime soon.
