We pulled up through the drive thru to pick up an order and she gave us attitude first off and said it was fine to come through the drive through to pick up the order.Then when we got to the window she said to have us come inside.. THEN once we get inside not even a minute later she says ?thelobby is closed now? whoever that woman was working at 10PM on 7/31 was very rude.

Today, Saturday around 6:53 PM,... read more My fiancé and I aren’t from Moore, but on Thursday we had a mixed-up order and called in to have it remade, which they promised. Today, Saturday around 6:53 PM, I went through the drive-thru to pick up my remake order. However, a rude employee with dreadlocks and ashy lips refused to remake my order as promised. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager but wouldn’t give me her name. The whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I expected better from a place in Moore. It felt like poor management and a lack of customer care. Corporate needs to address this.
