The Juicy Crab Montgomery

Payton, our server, was fantastic and extremely helpful. The food we had was tasty, though we opted for the fried shrimp basket, which didn't leave much room for trying something unique. Next time, I think I'll go with the steamed basket that Payton suggested. The woman in the booth next to us ordered the steamed basket and mentioned it's her favorite dish. The hush puppies were delicious, and the mango lemon drop cocktail was refreshing and delightful!

If you're looking to unwind and soak in a lively atmosphere, The Juicy Crab is the place to be for their daily Happy Hour. I wasn't in the mood for seafood during my visit, so I opted for the Juicy Special boiled eggs paired with a refreshing $5 margarita. The company was wonderful, and the service was exceptional. A big shoutout to Payton for being amazing!

The service was excellent; our server, Bella, was friendly, attentive, and professional. I rated it three stars because my chicken tenders were a bit rubbery (it was a company luncheon). However, the fries were seasoned perfectly, the hush puppies were delicious, and the fried calamari was decent.

My husband and I just had one of the best experiences at the Juicy Crab! Our food was hot and delicious , and our server, Jamya, was awesome! She was very attentive to us and was so pleasant!

Tried Juicy Crab for the first time. Staff seemed a little inatentive as we had to interrupt two employees in conversation to be seated. The menu is composed of fixed meals and a la carte fare. Prices are as you would expect but food is plentiful, just don't expect to get out for less than $25 per person. I ordered the half pound shrimp, mussels and sausage, mild and juicy. Juicy, by the way is every seasoning. My companions split the pound of headless and pound of head on shrimp. The meal arrived after a short wait. You are presented with a waste bucket, bibs, and gloves to make the rather messy meal less so. I found the seasoning overwhelming, completely hiding the taste of the mussels, the shrimp less so but still more seasoning than shrimp. My companions felt the seasoning was heavy but still good. All in all it was fine and will probably eat her again but don't look for it to become a regular staple on the dinner circuit as the dinner for three, with tip and no drinks, was $75. And remember, two people split an entree.
