Cook Out - Montgomery

I tried her last night. this will be the fourth time in order that my order was wrong. it was no one before me, and I waited for what seemed excessively long. I should have checked the job before I left, but I didn't. my cheeseburger had no cheese, and I had extra pommes. I didn't want any extra pommes. I had actually been looking for wobble rings, but they were out. my friend had asked for double white Cheddar bites, and she got what looked like half a single order. she might have been worth a quarter if that, compared to the amount of pommes I had. my burger was cooked over well, and I had asked to cook as rarely as possible if they were allowed. Perhaps the management should invest in sending their employees to heal English classes. this place has a lot of potential, but it seems that all are sworn. I wish country’s bbq would still be at his place.

Can't eat inside. Order was wrong, politely pulled back around and said I wasn't irritated, just wanted to fix it. Got my fries which had no seasoning swapped out for the cajun seasoned fries. Ouch. See photo! Someone was clearly unhappy with us. Food was mediocre at best, very little for our money, go to the Troy location instead.

Notably, this place has fair food if you’re hungry. However, I do not believe that it is worth the wait or the poor customer service you have to go through to get it. I cannot recall a time I have been there and got the correct amount of food as well as the food I requested in general. The wait is ungodly, I promise you will sit at the ordering speaker with no response for over 15 minutes let alone waiting on the food itself. Absolutely horrible place to dine, needs to be closed down completely or re-staffed.

This place needs to be closed down. Can tell by the now hiring sign that stays up, the little kids that work here have no fear of being replaced for bad customer service and passing food like this through the window. It’s going to take the right person to get sick and sue before they close this place down. They obviously not paying enough for an adult to work here.

Just don’t come here. Very unprofessional environment. Pan handlers outside begging for food and money. As I’m writing this, I’ve already been waiting about 30 minutes on my very simple order. I hope they don’t mess it up. This is by far one of the worst establishments I have ever been to and will never come back here. I don’t know what to recommend in the area, but I do recommend not to come to this place. Very ghetto.
