I was extremely impressed by the quality and ambiance of this restaurant. Situated on a lively street by the river, Central is elegantly decorated to evoke a warm and luxurious atmosphere, complemented by exceptional service. Of the multiple times I've been there this wasn't the best. The main meal came out before the appetizer and the server wasn't setting that much. The times before the service was top notch. Maybe just a bad night. View all feedback.

We had a wonderful experience at Chuck's Steakhouse! The food was fabulous! Our waitress, Sue, was efficient, pleasant, knowledgable, and fun! I would definitely tell anyone visiting Banff, to eat at Chuck's.
Our dining experience was wonderful. We were a bit disappointed with our appetizer and dessert unfortunately. Both entrees were great. We had the NY strip and Beef short ribs. My two drinks were made perfectly as well. Overall, a great experience for ouranniversary.
It is rare that I would pay MORE for food. This was an absolutely wonderful experience. When it comes down to elegant fine dining, this restaurant had it all. We paid $106 for 2 well portioned entrees, and a dessert. The food was to die for. The 8ozFillet was possibly even larger (or it certainly seemed that way. and the pork chops were delicious. It gave that cozy andluxurious vibe, but was also fun and exciting to watch everything going on around us. This was an absolutely amazing place todine at, and we will be back for many more trips to come.
