I thor... read more While in town for business, my sister's family treated my wife and me to dinner at Central. The food and atmosphere surpassed my sister's recommendation. I thoroughly enjoyed the Persillade Crusted Rack of Lamb, cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. We also indulged in the Charcuterie board and surf n' turf wood fired oysters as appetizers, which were a hit at our table. For dessert, my wife and I shared Jake’s Mile High Pie, which we both adored. We will definitely bring our entire family to Central the next time we are in Montgomery.

The homemade donut dessert was incredibly delicious, with a light and flavorful taste, topped with sweet cream and strawberries. It is the perfect summer dessert- not too heavy and not overly sweet.

We had the NY strip and Beef short ribs. My two drinks were made perfectly as well. Overall, a great experience for ouranniversary.

We paid $106 for 2 well portioned entrees, and a dessert. The food was to die for. The 8ozFillet was possibly even larger (or it certainly seemed that way. and the pork chops were delicious. It gave that cozy andluxurious vibe, but was also fun and exciting to watch everything going on around us. This was an absolutely amazing place todine at, and we will be back for many more trips to come.
