What Jeffrey S doesn't like about Rio Cafe Grill:
3 stars for the mediocre food 0 or 1 star for service. We sat down at a table outside and one person went in and the staff member said to wait outside and that we'll get menus and waters. 20 minutes later we got waters and were asked for our order. Luckily we looked on their website to see the menu. We ordered with them and then waited a full 70 minutes before we got any food *OR SAW ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER*. Once the food eventually came it was fine. Burgers were OK, fries were fine, chicken wrap was better than a fast food place by a bit. What User likes about Rio Cafe Grill:
