It was an incredible experience! The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The menu was crafted thoughtfully, with each dish beautifully presented and accompanied by informative details that enhanced the overall experience. Securing a reservation can be quite challenging, so it's advisable to book well in advance, especially considering the competition from their busy website. I recommend staying at the inn for an even better experience, as booking a room also increases your chances of securing a dinner reservation. Plus, guests can enjoy a fantastic breakfast in their room if they have room left after dinner. The breakfast itself is superb and thoughtfully prepared. Be sure to add this place to your must-visit list!
Exceeded all our expectations! The dishes here are profoundly influenced by Japanese cuisine. Each course is beautifully presented and the flavors are exceptional. The wine pairings complement the dishes perfectly. The service is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. This place is absolutely worth a visit!
This is the best restaurant in the world! The first course was a work of art; it was almost too beautiful to eat. Every dish was delicious, the service was attentive, and we had a fantastic time. We couldn't make a reservation at the gas house because it was fully booked, but we definitely want to try it next time. Thank you for a wonderful experience—we hope to come back soon!
That was an experience like no other! It was an expensive dinner, but it was worth every dollar. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, without being pushy or overlaid. The food and presentation were from this world and the wine pairs were selected professionally. This was once a life experience that I hope to experience again!
From the moment the reservation was made to when my husband and I left SingleThread to go back to our hotel... Probably the best and most extravagant experience of my life. Definition of fine dining at it's very best...or perhaps whatever is better than fine dining. Highly recommend. Certainly worth a trip to Healdsburg just to dine here. Beyond fantastic.
