What User doesn't like about Guiso Latin Fusion:
Very small inner area. We were unexpectedly forced to sit outside where the ambience was missing. Portable heating was sufficient for comfort, but rain showers produced problematic spray water. All foods were excellent in appearance and taste, but parts were small for price. Service was excellent at the table, but slowed down by kitchen trying to serve many for its size. Fantastic food and very chill atmosphere Staff is excellent
Food was outstanding! We were told that food would not come out together, but 20 minutes between dishes was not acceptable as other tables seated after us received their food. Chef Carlos came out with the last dish and told us that we should have come with others as the dishes are meant to be shared. Unfortunately, it was just my husband and I as our friends had to fly home due to a medical emergency in their family. Sadly, we won’t be back.
Amazing food and experience! Must visit and try the Guiso sauce.
As usual, service was excellent and food was very good to excellent. A real Healdsburg gem!
Really excellent food. We shared the Cachapa, After Church Smashed Burger and the Paella Caribeña. Who knew that a burger could be so good. I find the Paella to be excellent, having eaten it in numerous cities around the world and this is just exceptional. The service was a delight and Venessa was a joy to work with.
