I really enjoy this place, but one of the cashiers was quite rude and attempted to argue with my mom (who only wanted her drink remade because it was too sweet). Update: the situation was resolved in a very professional manner, and I returned to enjoy delicious drinks once again. View all feedback. What Julia Weiß doesn't like about Gong Cha:
Love their drinks a bunch but the last time I went the girl there was sooooo rude. It made me so sad because I work and live nearby and come here often and recommend it to every one. I also work with customers and I'm ultra careful about being nice to people that also work in customer service but she was just mean for no reason. : I'll be going a lot less. View all feedback.
