Once celebrated for its inviting atmosphere and delicious Italian cuisine, recent visits reveal a decline in service quality and inconsistency in food flavor. While many appreciate the bank for their buck with varied daily specials and BYO offerings, frustrations emerge over neglected reservations and inattentive waitstaff. Although some dishes, including appetizers and the famous meatballs, receive high praise, others seem to miss the mark. Customers value the cozy outdoor seating and festive ambiance, yet they hope for improvements in service and menu variety to recapture Pizzaiolo's former charm.
The service at the restaurant was excellent. However, the food was just average. While nothing was bad, there was nothing that stood out or made us want to return.
Possibly the best pizza in the area! Everything else on the menu is also delicious. This is a great spot for a casual meal.
The appetizers were delicious, but the main dishes lacked flavor. The service was excellent. The calculation of the tip added needs to be reviewed. Charging six dollars for using a credit card is excessive. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this restaurant to others.
Probably the best pizza around! every thing is good. a very nice place for an informal meal.
The food was good I really enjoyed my meal. The service wasn’t great kids are the servers and I had to keep asking for napkins, drinks things a good server would automatically ask or bring. My meal was skipped over so I had to wait for mine then I ended up bringing it home. But I ate it there and it was delicious. I’ll try it again just can’t go when busy.
