The worst service ever! I ordered one drink through the app and selected ASAP for pick up. I arrived 6 minutes after placing the order. I waited over 20 minutes. What is the purpose of ordering in the app selecting ASAP if the order isn’t ready?After waiting, I let someone know I was there to pick up an app order. Everything at Sonic was nice except the fact I had not eaten all day and asked could I have my food cooked hot, well it came out very fast and I knew it couldn't have been cooked hot and it was warm. I was very disappointed and haven't been back. I will give them another chance later on. View all feedback.

Wait time is outrageous. 12 minutes just for a slushy.
Hair in my mozz sticks waited 30 mins for two drinks, got our drinks wrong and we asked to get a new one and never got them.
I've not been disappointed anytime I've visited a Sonic.
One of the friendliest restaurants I've been to. The service is very awesome.
