The staff was incredibly rude. I understand you have people who ordered online and need to take care of them but you also should take care of the people waiting in line. This is a super tiny place so the line builds up quickly. There wasn?t a clean tablewhen I got my food. There was food all over the floor and when I told them the coke was out, they didn?t replace it for theentire time I was there which was about 20 minutes. I know that there is a lot of supply chain issues causing products not to beavailable. If this was the case, I would have like to be told this rather than ?I?ll replace it? and then never replacing it.Would definitely not return to this location.

Good food but terrible customer service, long wait times, and they?re consistently out of toppings or menu items. It is not uncommon for it to take forever to get your food just to find out the items are out without prior notice. It?s also not uncommonfor them to have multiple people working at the take out prep area or in the back of the store with 1 person working the entirefood line for in store food. I have complained in hopes of change happening in this store and it never does. I love Chipotle butthey are clearly failing with this location.

I think I’m done with this Chipotle. The service was incredibly slow, and the dining area and kitchen were a complete mess. The young staff seemed slow and indifferent. I waited over 25 minutes because they showed no sense of urgency—they simply didn’t care. The customer service was poor, and the kitchen was completely disorganized, like a group of sheep wandering aimlessly. The last time I visited, they were out of almost every ingredient. I used to love this Chipotle and visit often, but it has declined drastically. I hope corporate steps in to fix this because it’s truly disappointing.

The manager at this location should be replaced immediately. I have visited several times, mainly for convenience, but the store is consistently dirty. Typically, there is only one employee preparing the food, leading to long lines out the door. On two occasions, the soda machine was broken, yet they still sold fountain drinks, which is baffling. I wouldn’t recommend using the soda machine even when it’s working, as I suspect the nozzles have never been properly cleaned—a task that should be done daily to prevent bacteria.

I’m giving this place a low rating because my experience was a complete disaster. There were no chips available, the drink station was a mess, and the dining area was untidy. The soda was flat and needed to be replaced. The food was okay, but the line area was disorganized and the trash bins were overflowing. It seemed like they might have been short-staffed, but it still shouldn’t take that long to provide quick service. Overall, they definitely need to improve.
