The manager of this establishment should be let go immediately. I've visited several times out of convenience, but I've been disappointed each time. The restaurant is consistently dirty, and there seems to be only one employee handling food preparation. I've seen long lines stretching out the door, and on two occasions, the soda machine was out of order. Even when they know the machine isn’t working, they still offer well drinks – it just doesn't make sense. I wouldn't recommend using the soda machine, even when it is functional; I wouldn’t be surprised if the nozzles have never been cleaned. They should be cleaned daily to prevent bacteria build-up.
Good food, but terrible customer service, long waiting times and them? resistant from toppings or menu elements. It is not unusual to take it forever to get your food, just to find out the items are without prior notice. It is also not unusual that they work several people working on removing prep area or in the back of the shop with 1 person working the entire food line for in store food. I complained in hope that changes in this business happen, and that never does. I love Chipotle but they fail at this point.
