Our waiter, Mike, took our ord... read more I visited the restaurant with my family around 6 PM and was welcomed by a hostess whose outfit seemed inappropriate for her role. Our waiter, Mike, took our order but seemed to struggle with some underlying anger issues. I ordered a milkshake, and after waiting for 15 minutes, I had to remind Mike about it, as he had forgotten. Another 10 minutes went by before he finally brought my melted milkshake, which he slammed down on the table in front of my family; I found this behavior highly disrespectful. The staff working on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, appeared disorganized and not well-suited for customer service. My family and I used to enjoy this diner, but we've decided not to return and will take our business elsewhere. It was a very disappointing experience.
