Starbucks Coffee - Monroe

I enjoy visiting this restaurant because it is easy to find parking and I can have my latte within 7 minutes of arriving.

The service was slow and they allowed me to wear a mask. The drive-thru experience was terrible, I would not recommend it. 0 out of 10.

This morning, the young man at the drive-thru made my day! He had such a positive energy and was incredibly welcoming. Although they mistakenly made my coffee with whipped cream instead of cold foam, they quickly made me a new drink and even offered to let me keep both. Not only did they make my morning, but my coworker also got to enjoy a coffee thanks to their kindness. I appreciate their friendliness and high energy, especially considering it was still before 8 o'clock. Thank you!

I usually think of my trip to rte 25; they are in the crowd, but they have consistently in the position to get their order right and quickly I could add.

Addison is such a sweetheart and always makes my day when I come visit.
