However, we did have one issue that has since worsened: an employee named Berta. Her negative attitude is truly unbelievable. She often mutters under her breath and seems to dislike customers from the moment they first encounter her. Additionally, she frequently removes her mask, which is concerning. On top of that, our food was not only incorrect but also served cold. Honestly, I’d rather go to McDonald’s than experience this again.
