I agree with the other reviews. This was my second visit, and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed the shrimp and fries, and the steamed seafood was also delightful. The sausage was amazing! The dining room is clean and beautifully decorated, and the food is delicious. The staff is attentive and courteous as well.

The atmosphere is casual, and the staff is very friendly! The manager was incredibly helpful in accommodating us and our dog on a hot day. This place never fails to impress.

The atmosphere at th... read more I ordered the Cajun Box, which comes with 3 pounds of crawfish, two ears of corn, potatoes, and sausage. The food was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere at the restaurant was amazing as well. We arrived around 30 minutes before closing, but we never felt rushed. I ended up having a lengthy conversation with the owner about Mobile since I recently moved here. I highly recommend Mud Bugs at the Loop!

However, the boom boom sauce could use some improvement, as it was a bit lacking in flavor. I highly recommend trying the steam platters and the Royal Reds. I would definitely consider ordering from here again. Food rating: 4/5.
