I don't understand what's so hard without ketchup or mayo. also my fries were cold and evil. dragged to make it new and I had to repeat myself three times and pommes were still evil and cold. the only thing I had eaten was the burger and that was just because I was hungry after work. this place was the best in mobile and unfortunately, another bites the dust. Nothing but children playing around in the kitchen, throwing paper balls together and running the restaurant? never again, unless it is for ice cream. (if they can do that correctly.)

The person that answered said they were backed up w... read more I did a mobile order pick up for a slushee and sat there for 15 mins before pressing the button for someone. The person that answered said they were backed up we were patient and understanding. Waited 45 minutes total and in that time we see cars that have pulled up AFTER me order and get there hot meals. After waiting another 5 minutes We left the stall and went to the drive through and had to tell them that we left the stall and we got our drink. No I’m sorry no explanation not nothing. Today is August 13th.They don’t carry out your food orders in the order it’s received they make whatever they feel like making from what it seems. DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC!!!!

Mine didn't have any Oreos in it, and it was so thick that I couldn't get it through the straw at all. What a huge waste of money! I should have just gone to Chick-fil-A—it's cheaper and their milkshakes are actually drinkable.

With only fi... read more I gave this place 2 stars, but only because the guy who was working there was really sweet. Unfortunately, it seems that the management is lacking. With only five customers in the restaurant, I waited over 10 minutes for a burger, tots, and a corn dog. When the food finally arrived, the tater tots and corn dog were burnt, so I sent them back. Now it's been almost 20 minutes waiting for what should be fast food. I used to work at this location a long time ago, and honestly, the cooking technology and menu haven't changed much since then. There was no excuse for such a long wait. The gentleman who brought me my food was named Clint, and I genuinely hope that whoever at Sonic reads this gives him a raise and finds him a new manager. The volume of customers in the parking lot clearly indicates that the slow service is due to poor management.
