I work all day and was hoping... read more When you wait 30 minutes in line and at the window for your you would think that it would at least be fresh..... Nope not at all.. I work all day and was hoping to try again from you guys to get hot fresh food. If all your employees wasnt kids and had adult supervision maybe just maybe it would be different. Doubtful but just hoping. I pay alot of money for nasty food you should be ashamed.

They told us to come t... read more Me and My dad are door dashers. We were doing a order at this sonic. We pulled in one of the little parking spaces and pushed the button. They told us to come through the drive thru. We did and there was one girl that was doing alot. She had long conversations with both cars in front of us. If you know doordash you are on a timer to pick up and then deliver. We ended up getting the food and delivering it safely and on time.

It is safe to say that I will not be back to this location. This is preposterous and a disgrace to Sonic's brand.

When we reached t... read more Sometimes, one visit is all it takes. This was my first and last time at this Sonic. We stopped to order hot fudge sundaes with extra peanuts. When we reached the window, the employee basically tossed the sundaes at us and quickly closed the window. When we asked about the peanuts, she said they didn’t have any. She should have told us that before we paid. I didn’t get what I paid for, my mom was really upset, so I got upset too. We just left and I won’t be coming back.

My fri... read more The staff member asked for my order three times in a row and still got it wrong. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to remember no ketchup or mayo. My fries were cold and unappetizing. I drove around to have them remade, but once again I had to repeat my order three times, and the fries were still cold and unpleasant. The only thing I ate was the burger, and that was only because I was hungry after work. This used to be the best Sonic location in Mobile, but sadly, it’s gone downhill. The kitchen seemed chaotic, with kids playing around, throwing paper balls, and not focusing on the food. I won’t be coming back—unless it’s just for ice cream, if they can get that right.
